Shipping policy

At this time we only ship within the USA, and the United Kingdom. We’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future. Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage.

After your order has left our studio, we will send an automated email with the shipment tracking information to your inbox. It usually takes 7-10 working days to arrive. Please note that longer wait times can be expected due to local customs clearance wait times.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, please verify shipping address before submitting your order. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

All international orders ship DHL. Please take into consideration that our pricing does not include any additional taxes, duties or fees that be imposed upon arrival in the destination country. If incurred, these will be the customer's responsibility. Any international deliveries that are refused or returned will incur a 10% restocking fee.

After your order has left our studio, we will generate an automated email with the shipment tracking information for your reference. You can track the location of your parcel anytime through the link. If your parcel is missing, please contact the postal carrier.

If you missed your delivery, please get in touch with the postal carrier to arrange for another delivery. Usually, carriers will attempt to deliver the package multiple times before getting sent to a local pick up destination. If you have not picked up the package for a prolonged period, the carrier will contact us and request the parcel to be returned to us. If this happens, then you will need to be responsible for paying the additional delivery fees involved in shipping the product back to you.

If your parcel is damaged, please don't sign for it. Notify the postal carrier and contact us immediately. It can take up to 10 working days before the investigation is complete. If you feel you have received a defective item, please send an email to concierge@chsldbeauty.co within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Please include photos, order number and name associated with the order for our Signature Concierge to review. If a new product needs to be shipped, it will not be done until the investigation is complete.
