Refund policy

We provide a website full of relevant resources for your support and guidance to make a beneficial and educated decision when ordering to avoid any dissatisfaction. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. All of our products including e-gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damages and issues
If your parcel is damaged, please don't sign for it. Notify the postal carrier and contact us immediately. It can take up to 10 working days before the investigation is complete. If you feel you have received a defective item, please send an email to: concierge@chsldbeauty.co within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Please include photos, order number and name associated with the order for our Signature Concierge to review. If a new product needs to be shipped, it will not be done until the investigation is complete.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged parcel, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at concierge@chsldbeauty.co.
