What can I gift someone if I don’t know really what to gift?

Give the the gift of choice with a CHSLDBEAUTY digital gift card.

Please note gift cards are delivered by email containing instructions to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing fees. Gift cards are final sale, non-returnable, non-transferable and only accepted on online orders.

How can I check my gift card balance?

Log into your customer account to view your CHSLDBEAUTY gift card balance.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa. You may also pay via ApplePay, MetaPay, GooglePay, Paypal, ShopPay, Venmo.

What is AfterPay?

With AfterPay, you can choose how you pay: in 4 installments over 6 weeks interest-free, or in monthly installments over 6 or 12 months (US only).

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Changes to most orders are unable to be accommodated as orders are processed quickly. You may reach out by email with your order information and Signature Concierge will do its best to address your request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.

CHSLDBEAUTY is not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves the studio.

When will my order ship?

Current processing times are up to 15 days upon purchase, pending availability and your payment method verification — unless specified otherwise in an order confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your products are on the way.

Why was my order cancelled?

To ensure access to products, the fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. CHSLDBEAUTY strives to protect its customers and the brand’s integrity by adhering to compliance standards. It’s in violation of CHSLDBEAUTY’s Terms & Conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

How do I make changes or view my subscriptions?

On the Subscriber Portal, you can make changes to your subscription at any time. You can change your shipping address, update payment information, see products ordered, view order history, and pause or cancel your subscription.

You can cancel or pause your subscription from the Subscriber Portal. This will stop all future recurring charges. For customers with a minimum time commitment, you can cancel or pause after your minimum amount of time is up.

Shopify and Ongoing use a “credit card vault” which is PCI compliant. All payment details are encrypted for an added layer of data security.
