Does CHSLDBEAUTY ship to PO Boxes?
Orders do not ship to PO Boxes, please verify shipping address before submitting your order. Orders will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
What will it cost to ship to me?
Shipping costs are provided by postal partners in real time and calculated during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After your order has left CHSLDBEAUTY’s studio, an automated email with the shipment tracking information will be sent to your inbox. It usually takes 7-10 working days to arrive. Please note that longer wait times can be expected due to local customs clearance wait times.
I was not home when carrier tried to deliver my package. What should I do?
Please get in touch with the postal carrier to arrange for another delivery. Usually, carriers will attempt to deliver the package multiple times before getting sent to a local pick up destination. If you have not picked up the package for a prolonged period, the carrier will contact CHSLDBEAUTY and request the parcel to be returned. If this happens, then you will be responsible for paying the additional delivery fees involved in shipping the product back to you.
My parcel is missing, what should I do?
After your order has left CHSLDBEAUTY’s studio, an automated email with the shipment tracking information will be sent to your inbox for your reference. You can track the location of your parcel anytime through the link. If your parcel is missing, please contact the postal carrier.
My parcel is damaged, what should I do?
If your parcel is damaged, please don't sign for it. Notify the postal carrier and contact Signature Concierge immediately. It can take up to 10 working days before the investigation is complete. If you feel you have received a defective item, please send an email to concierge@chsldbeauty.co within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Please include photos, order number and name associated with the order for Signature Concierge to review. If a new product needs to be shipped, it will not be done until the investigation is complete.
Can I return or exchange an item?
A website full of relevant resources is available for your support and guidance to make a beneficial and educated decision when ordering, avoiding any dissatisfaction. For hygiene and safety reasons, CHSLDBEAUTY does not accept returns. All products, including e-gift cards, are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
